Shipping and Handling -RE: FREE SHIPPING ITEMS


For customers that have chosen our FREE SHIPPING (Without Tracking) option, please bear in mind that we will only provide you with our Proof of Shipping. the fact that it has actually left the warehouse and is in transit!

Simply You will NOT be able to track your "order’s whereabouts" on the FREE plan after that, while we acknowledge of course that the risk of the product not arriving your doorstep is there. But keep in mind, that’s the whole point of FREE SHIPPING to save money by not using unnecessary resources within the delivery system!

So If after 60 days, you still haven't received your order, we will escalate the matter to our 2nd level Support Team and refund your money, no questions asked. Ok That is fair OK, so we take all the risk of it not getting to you!

Where your order is over $95, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND you choose our "STANDARD SHIPPING (With Tracking)" option, so that You will be able to track your order at all times, (on your smartphone to if you like) until it arrives your doorstep.

We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Yeah we don’t like that either!

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
